1. Eligibility Participants must have completed registration and been approved by the organising committee. 2. Teams A team has between 3 and 5 members, and a participant may belong to only one team. Team formation closes at the published deadline. 3. Submission Each team must submit a presentation, a solution document and a prototype link before the announced deadline. Late submissions are accepted only under a recorded administrative extension. 4. Judging Teams are evaluated against the published weighted criteria. Judging decisions are final once approved and published. 5. Conduct Participants are expected to behave professionally and to respect other participants, organisers and mentors. 6. Amendments The organising committee may amend these terms; participants will be notified of any material change.
