Through the registration form on this site. Once the organising committee reviews your application you will receive an approval notice with a link to activate your participant account.

Between 3 and 5 members. A participant may belong to only one team.

At the deadline shown in the agenda. Confirming a team locks it immediately; later changes require the organising committee.

A presentation (maximum 15 slides), a solution document (maximum 3 pages) and a prototype link, along with a selected challenge and an accepted originality declaration.

The final submission is made once, after which it is closed. If a change is needed, the organising committee can reopen it for the team, and every version is retained in the submission history.

From the mentoring page in the participant portal. Booking opens 60 minutes before a session, with a maximum of two sessions per team per day.

Each criterion score is multiplied by its weight and summed into a judge total; the final score is the average across judges.
