1. Confidential information Covers any operational, technical or statistical information disclosed during the hackathon belonging to the General Directorate of Passports or its partners. 2. Undertaking Participants agree not to publish, share or use confidential information outside the hackathon. 3. Exclusions The undertaking does not cover information already public, or lawfully held by the participant before the hackathon. 4. Duration This undertaking applies during and after the hackathon unless the organisers agree otherwise in writing. 5. Return and destruction On request at the end of the hackathon, participants will destroy any copies of confidential information in their possession.
